We Buy Land

New Urban Communities is always looking for opportunities to purchase raw or developed land in Southeast Florida and Northeastern Illinois. Our communities have been built on vacant land and on sites occupied by other uses running the gamut from commercial to residential. We have developed sites as small as an acre and as large as 145 acres. Typically we would like to do at least 25 units on a site, but there are exceptions. Our success has largely been a result of our ability to see potential uses for land that others have not. We have developed a reputation for innovative design, and we take pride in the solid working relationships we have established with local governments where we have built and developed. All this means we can typically pay a little more for land parcels than our competition.
